1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okaygames ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the okaygames online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services offered therein ("the Platform").

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager through the okaygames Platform, you acknowledge that:

okaygames reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and all associated funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on okaygames, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active okaygames account. The Company strictly prohibits the creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods. Violation of this policy may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

okaygames accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, USDT (TRC20 network), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your okaygames wallet promptly upon confirmation of receipt; processing times vary by payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed by okaygames subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has been verified in accordance with Section 3.4;
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied;
• The withdrawal method matches or is consistent with the deposit method used;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any limits imposed by okaygames or the payment provider.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the okaygames Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. okaygames is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to okaygames originate from lawfully obtained sources. okaygames reserves the right to suspend accounts and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and free play credits offered by okaygames are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered at the specified turnover requirement before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a ₱1,000 bonus must generate ₱30,000 in total eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted).

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

okaygames reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at its sole discretion if it suspects abuse, collusion, or fraud. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use by eligible account holders only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers is prohibited.

5.4 Game Contributions

Different game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. 6 Gameplay Rules

• okaygames assumes no liability for malfunctions in third-party game software beyond the scope of its agreement with game providers;

• Winnings derived from exploiting software bugs or errors are not valid and will be voided;

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okaygames Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, false identity registration, or unauthorized use of third-party payment methods;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that facilitates it;
• Accessing the Platform using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so;
• Abusing or exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform;
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward okaygames staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

okaygames is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your okaygames account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur in a defined period;

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the okaygames Platform without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okaygames shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of cause;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or third-party service disruptions beyond okaygames's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by players based on information available on the Platform;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

The okaygames Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for continuous availability, okaygames does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

okaygames collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an okaygames account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is handled in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12 Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your okaygames account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12.2 Termination by okaygames

okaygames reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or money laundering;
• You have provided false information during registration;
• Regulatory or legal requirements oblige us to do so;
• You have abused any okaygames promotion or bonus in bad faith.

In cases of termination for cause, okaygames reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. okaygames operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players agree to first submit disputes to okaygames's internal dispute resolution process before pursuing formal legal action.

14 Amendments to These Terms

okaygames reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the okaygames Platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
